Now hiring: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Clark County, Kentucky. On the job you will handle: • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes Requirements: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain 1+ years on the tools preferred. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
