Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator in Fayette County, Pennsylvania. Your main tasks: • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger Requirements: • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) Pay around $170 per day, based on your experience.
