On the job you will handle: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Full-time, day shift.
