Great opportunity: we are hiring a building site helper in Davis County, Iowa. The job is on a road and bridge project. Day-to-day duties: • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate Ideal candidate: • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Physically fit and comfortable working at height Six days a week, one day off.
