Site carpenter • Pickens County, South Carolina

We are recruiting: we are hiring a site carpenter in Pickens County, South Carolina. You will work at a shopfitting company. You will measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level. Ideal candidate: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists Full-time with occasional weekends.
