Powder coating line operator • Belmont County, Ohio

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Belmont County, Ohio. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime On a typical shift you will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
