Now hiring: we are hiring a car refinisher in City and Borough of Wakefield, England. The role involves: • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun Requirements: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
