Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On a typical shift you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
