Grill cook — Mifflin County

Now hiring: we are hiring a grill cook in Mifflin County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Your main tasks: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
