Rebar fixer wanted in Jefferson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Jefferson County, Ohio. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. Day to day you will tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust. Ideal candidate: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
