Brickwork mason — Schoolcraft County

Join our team: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Schoolcraft County, Michigan. You will be based at a groundworks and structures site. On the job you will handle: • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation What we are looking for: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
