Lift technician wanted in Avoyelles Parish

Now hiring: we are hiring a lift technician in Avoyelles Parish, Louisiana. You will work at a busy lift company. The role involves respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes. What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
