Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Webster County, Georgia. The job is in a catering unit. On a typical shift you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
