Finishing plasterer — Southeast Fairbanks Census Area

Join our team: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Southeast Fairbanks Census Area, Alaska. Ideal candidate: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites You will dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
