Horticulturist — Acadia Parish

Immediate opening: we are hiring a horticulturist in Acadia Parish, Louisiana. Requirements: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules Day-to-day duties: • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste Pay around $7,250 per project, based on your experience.
