Vertical transportation technician wanted in Shawnee County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Shawnee County, Kansas. Day-to-day duties: • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
