What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher On the job you will handle: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Season and marinate meat on request • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
