Now hiring: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in McMinn County, Tennessee. You should have: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE The role involves bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
