Immediate opening: we are hiring an elevator technician in Clay County, Arkansas. The job is on a high-rise construction site. You should have: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work The role involves: • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits.
