HVAC-R technician — Lonoke County

Now hiring: we are hiring a HVAC-R technician in Lonoke County, Arkansas. You will be based on a customer's rooftop chiller plant. What we are looking for: • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns The role involves: • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
