Insulation worker • Lincoln County, West Virginia

Immediate opening: we are hiring an insulation worker in Lincoln County, West Virginia. The job is in lofts and crawl spaces. You will work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters. What we are looking for: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Performance bonus on top of base pay.
