Great opportunity: gtaw welder (Tennessee)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Madison County, Tennessee. You should have: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection On a typical shift you will set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp. Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
