Cnc lathe setter • Nelson County, Kentucky

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Nelson County, Kentucky. You will be based in a precision engineering workshop. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts The role involves: • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
