Your main tasks: • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode What we are looking for: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Own basic hand tools and PPE Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
