You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day The role involves: • Season and marinate meat on request • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking 5+ years on the tools preferred.
