Great opportunity: we are hiring a deboner in Benton County, Arkansas. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Your main tasks: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
