Line cook wanted in Oglala Lakota County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a line cook in Oglala Lakota County, South Dakota. You will work in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes.
