You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime Your main tasks: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
