Requirements: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding On a typical shift you will strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
