Vacancy available: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Owerri Municipal, Imo State. You will work on commercial flat-roof projects. On a typical shift you will lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; insulate and ventilate the roof void. What we are looking for: • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate Full-time with occasional weekends. ₦130,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
