Now hiring: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in Nassau County, Florida. Requirements: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing Day-to-day duties: • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points Six days a week, one day off.
