Back-of-house cleaner — Akoko South West

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Akoko South West, Ondo State. What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards On the job you will handle: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures 6+ years on the tools preferred.
