Dishwashing attendant • Deuel County, Nebraska

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Deuel County, Nebraska. On a typical shift you will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Rotating shifts.
