Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchenhand in West Carroll Parish, Louisiana. Your main tasks: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Full-time with occasional weekends.
