Lift maintenance fitter — Harrison County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Harrison County, Ohio. Day-to-day duties: • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance 4+ years on the tools preferred.
