Immediate opening: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Mellette County, South Dakota. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On the job you will handle: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Full-time, day shift.
