Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Bates County, Missouri. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process On the job you will handle: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
