Sheet metal press operator — Richland County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Richland County, Wisconsin. The job is on the press shop floor. On a typical shift you will load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
