You will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
