Safety officer • Chicot County, Arkansas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a safety officer in Chicot County, Arkansas. Day to day you will inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site. What we are looking for: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
