Immediate opening: we are hiring a HSE officer in Ogo Oluwa, Oyo State. What we are looking for: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Day to day you will audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action. 3+ years on the tools preferred. ₦80,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
