Urgent requirement: we are hiring a civil works labourer in Finney County, Kansas. The job is on a residential housing site. What we are looking for: • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker On the job you will handle: • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations Full-time, day shift.
