Urgent requirement: we are hiring a frame straightening technician in Martin County, Kentucky. You should have: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) The role involves pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
