Urgent requirement: we are hiring a hoist operator in Saginaw County, Michigan. The job is on a high-rise tower crane. On a typical shift you will follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams. You should have: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Strong attention to safety and load limits 3+ years on the tools preferred. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
