We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in LaSalle County, Illinois. The job is in a catering unit. On the job you will handle: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Rotating shifts.
