Great opportunity: we are hiring an argon welder in Osceola County, Iowa. You will be based on an industrial construction site. Requirements: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight The role involves grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift.
