Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Texas County, Oklahoma. The job is on residential and apartment building sites. On a typical shift you will lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply. Requirements: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
