Requirements: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Good attention to detail and steady hands Day-to-day duties: • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
