Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety On the job you will handle: • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers Rotating shifts.
