Now hiring: we are hiring a mining dozer operator in York County, South Carolina. You will work at a civil contractor's yard. What we are looking for: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels On the job you will handle: • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience.
